Job Description
Effectively check guests into and out of the tour assignments for that morning, Coordinate the general office administration for the Vice President of the VOA. Provide clerical assistance to the General Manager and Senior Management as necessary. Provide assistance with routine and special projects for the Vice President, General Manager and/or Senior Management.
DUTIES
Assist with researching, resolving, and documenting internal and external issues
Assist with preparation of outlines for projects, flow charts, presentations, and meetings as required.
Compile and distribute daily and weekly statistical data to members of management, including reports and spreadsheet information about the resorts.
Assist with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures and organizational charts for all departments.
Coordinate meetings, make appointments, take detailed minutes, and report back to attendees.
Coordinate paperwork, for example, PARs, Terms, New hire paperwork.
Coordinate general office administration including correspondence, photocopying, file maintenance, and supply inventory.
Answer multi phone lines, take messages and answer general questions regarding complaints and inquiries

General computer skills are essential and proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates Degree with 2 years administrative experience, or equivalent combination thereof.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent organizational, communication and grammatical skills necessary. Ability to write reports and correspondence, and create presentations in English. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
