The Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator must have knowledge on standard warehouse policy, procedures, and safety in addition to DOT regulations and laws. Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Oracle Fusion is a plus. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Handle all warehouse administrative duties and actions, to include onboarding of new personnel.
• Process all warehouse work requests and forward to warehouse manager for assignment.
• Responsible for collecting and filing customer signed delivery documents.
• Monitor and report all payroll time stamp issues, overtime, and time corrections to management.
• Attend meetings and support process improvement initiatives i.e. KPIs.
• Works and communicates with internal and external clients and customers to meet their needs in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform dispatching duties to include developing routes and track the fleet with GPS software.
• Establish relationships with drivers and customers to reduce last minute schedule changes and route diversions.
• Work with warehouse team members to combine shipments to maximize vehicle capacities.
• Maintain all training and fleet documentation; forklift certification, vehicle/equipment inspections, etc.
• Complete any additional duties or tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications as detailed below.
• Education: Associates Degree, or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Experience: 3-5 years' administrative and/or warehouse functions, along with a variety of general and specialized background
