Job Description
Responsible for supporting the anti-rescission programs in Deeding and Sales by assisting new owners and tracking anti rescission information for the Deeding dept. New Owner's Breakfast (when applicable) and Sales dept.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Assist Contract Processing, when needed, to take owner's cards, retypes, option letters to offices for Closing Officers.
- Take copies of documents to Owners to be signed with acknowledgment log for receipt of documents.
- Assist Dayline & Inhouse Sales with any items needing to be taken to Deeding.
- Taking downgraded deals to Dayline for approval.
- Assist Owners with gifts, waterpark passes, property stays, after the closing in Deeding.
- Assist Deeding and/or Sales dept. with showing Owners models of units.
- New Owner's breakfast entries when needed (when applicable).
- Mail out information packages as needed.
- Notarize documents for Closing Officers and Owners, when needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILL
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver's license is preferred but not required. Due to possibility of taking new Owners to show models of units using company golf cart. Notary is required.
