- Casual positions available for 2026 only, with variable hours and days based on operational needs.
- Based at Campbelltown campus.
- Casual rate HEW Level 6 $66.92 – $71.73 per hour (inclusive of casual loading).
Support HDR students, research events, grants, budgets and the Faculty of Health's research administration.
The Opportunity
The Faculty of Health are calling for an expression of interest for a casual Research and HDR Administration Officers who will play a vital role in supporting the effective coordination of research and Higher Degree Research activities.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support across research and HDR operations, assisting with candidature, admissions, examinations, scholarships, grants, ethics applications, reporting, events and other research-related activities. Working closely with academic and professional staff, you will help ensure research and HDR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with University requirements.
What Success Looks Like:
- Providing timely and accurate support to HDR students, academics and stakeholders.
- Coordinating research and HDR activities, events and communications effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and reporting across research and HDR operations.
- Managing enquiries and shared mailboxes in a responsive and professional manner.
- Ensuring processes and activities are delivered in line with University requirements.
About You
- You have a relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in administration.
- You're a proactive and organised administrator with strong attention to detail.
- You're comfortable using systems and databases to manage information and maintain accurate records.
- You enjoy working with a range of people and providing responsive, customer-focused support.
- You're able to manage competing priorities while ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with established processes.
