  • Hawkesbury campus with flexible working arrangements.
  • Salary: $137,681 – $147,032 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

Lead the strategy and lifecycle of enterprise service platforms that support staff experience.

The Opportunity
This role provides strategic leadership for Western Sydney University’s corporate service management and engagement systems. You will lead the direction, integration and lifecycle of key digital platforms that enable enterprise service delivery and support a consistent, high-quality staff experience.

Working across architecture, service design, compliance and vendor ecosystems, you will shape product roadmaps that align with institutional transformation priorities. Your focus will be on scalability, usability and value realisation, ensuring platforms continue to meet evolving organisational needs.

You will operate at an enterprise level, influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated digital solutions. The role balances long-term strategic planning with operational oversight, ensuring platforms are secure, accessible and future-ready.

  • Measurable improvements in platform adoption, service efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Strong collaboration across architecture, service design and delivery teams.

About You

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing enterprise digital or service management platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive strategy and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.
