Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and enhancement of Digital Twin and simulation for automation hardware
- Participate in Mechanical simulation
- Engage in project management activities and team meetings
- Present progress and ideas to team members and stakeholders
This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Software, Automation, data science, or a related field.
- Available for an internship duration of 3 months or more
- The integration of sensors, AI, IoT, and automation is transforming fault detection into a proactive
- Experience with programming such Python for automation and data acquisition.
- Basic programming skills in Python, C/C++, C#, PIC controller, PLC.
- Basic CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred).
- Basic knowledge in Robotics & AI, AGVs, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, data acquisition.
SKILLS:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends
- Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
