Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform cleanliness monitoring in cleanroom areas by using environmental monitoring instruments such as particle counters, and other contamination measurement tools.
- Support qualification activities related to cleanroom environments, including equipment qualification, process qualification, and cleanliness verification.
- Perform cleanliness testing and experimental measurements to evaluate contamination sources and validate improvement actions.
- Record, analyze, and report monitoring data and measurement results to ensure traceability and support cleanliness control activities.
- List bullet 2Support investigation and troubleshooting when particle levels or contamination results exceed control limits.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain contamination control in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- At least 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, cleanroom, or contamination control (experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred)
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear cleanroom garments
PREFERRED:
- Basic knowledge of cleanroom standards and contamination control principles
- Basic understanding of measurement and inspection methods related to particle contamination
- Ability to operate cleanliness monitoring equipment such as particle counters, airflow meters, or environmental monitoring instruments
SKILLS:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and data recording systems)
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
