Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of the global business travel program (air, hotel, ground, meetings, and card programs)
- Act as a subject-matter expert for travel technologies (e.g., OBT, expense tools, travel data platforms)
- Support implementation, optimization, and enhancements of travel systems (e.g., Concur Travel & Expense, NDC, APIs, reporting tools)
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and process improvements
- Partner with IT and vendors on system integrations, testing, and change management
- Analyze travel spend, compliance, savings, and traveler behavior
- Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Support audits, data integrity checks, and continuous program improvement initiatives
- Support global rollouts, communications, and training for new tools, policies, and processes
- Assist with Request for Proposals (RFPs), pilots, and transformation projects related to travel and expense
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience in Business Travel Management, Travel Operations, or Travel Procurement
- Hands-on experience with travel technology platforms (e.g., Concur, TMC tools, OBTs, expense systems)
- Strong understanding of airline, hotel, and ground transportation programs
- Proven ability to analyze travel data and translate insights into actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interest and capability in travel technology, automation, AI, and digital transformation
- Experience working with system configurations, reporting tools, APIs, or data integrations is a strong plus
- Comfortable testing new tools, piloting solutions, and driving adoption
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with dashboards, BI tools, or reporting platforms preferred
- Experience supporting global or regional travel programs
- Exposure to corporate card programs and expense compliance
- Familiarity with NDC, online booking enhancements, and emerging travel tech trends
- Project management experience (travel transformations, system re-implementations, vendor transitions) is a plus.
- Willing to travel overseas (when needed)
