Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering user requirements, and recommending solutions that enhance production efficiency, logistics control, and system reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the Manufacturing Execution System, which plays a critical role in managing workflows, logistics, recipes, and specifications across the plant. Your role includes preparing functional specifications, process flows, and use-case diagrams, as well as assisting in testing and troubleshooting. You are eager to learn and explore AI and emerging technologies to help modernize and optimize our manufacturing systems
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and analyze user requirements to recommend effective solutions.
- Develop comprehensive Functional Specifications, process flows, and use-case diagrams to support system design.
- Prepare and execute detailed Test Plans and Test Cases to ensure quality and compliance.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution of logged problems.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Create and document screen designs, process flow charts, use-case diagrams, and test cases to outline system functionalities and processes.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and operations support teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system analysis concepts.
REFERRED:
- Proficiency in documentation and modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Excel).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of databases and basic SQL is an advantage.
- Internship experience in IT or business analysis is a plus.
