＜職務内容＞

　高いスキルと革新的な製造エンジニアリングのエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションでは、
　自動化、ソフトウェア統合、プロセス最適化を中心とした最先端の製造エンジニアリングソリューションの
　開発および実装を担当していただきます。

• コンセプトデザインをチームにてディスカッション
• 基礎実験を行いコンセプトを固める
• 製造装置の仕様書の作成・見積作成
• 外部サプライヤー(製造装置メーカー)へ発注
• 装置試作機の評価・機能チェック
• 海外量産サイト(タイ)へのライン移管・量産ライン立ち上げ
• 量産ライン立ち上げ後、トラブル・改善提案に対して、社内にてメンテナンスを行う
• 新規製品のツール設計及び開発部門との打ち合わせ、外部サプライヤーへの発注
• 新規製品の試作ツールの評価・機能チェック

＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞ 

• 高専卒・大卒以上
• 機械設計経験(直近1年以内)
• 生産設備の開発経験
• 英語利用に抵抗のない方（目安：TOEIC500点以上程度）
  ※実務での使用経験は問わないが、業務上読み書き(仕様書/メール)は必須で、英語での会議にも参加いただくので、ビジネスレベルのスキルがあるとより望ましい。
• 日本語ビジネスレベル以上

＜あれば望ましいスキル＞

• 装置設計・設備立ち上げ・改善の経験
• Solid Works CADを使用した機械設計経験
• PLC(Mitsubishi製)の使用経験

＜求人概要＞

　【想定年収】600万円 ～ 800万円
　　　　月給：29万円以上　※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
　　　　※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年２回）
