Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Background or experience in the electrical field is required
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain tooling and fixtures for testers to ensure accuracy, reliability, and production readiness.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve tester control systems to support stable and efficient testing operations.
  • Develop, modify, and support tester-related software or scripts for automation, data collection, and process optimization.
  • Analyze tester performance and resolve hardware/software issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with production team to support new product introduction and tester improvements.
  • Software knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience with HDD industry test equipment would be an advantage

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or a related engineering field
  • 4 years minimum in related position.

PREFERRED:

  • Previous experience as an Engineer
  • Moderately communicate of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Computer literacy

SKILLS:

  • Strong relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Able to work under high pressure
