Job Description
C-Suite IT & Site Support
- Provide up to Tier 2 IT services at the Singapore site and local/remote (HK, Taiwan) to C-Level Leadership and staff.
- Establish trust and confidence with C-level executives and their direct staff.
- Understand the unique needs of C-Level users, develop actions to deliver the experience.
- Partner and facilitate action items with the broader IT Enterprise Service Organizations.
- Work and collaborate with a world class team of C-Suite Technicians and Professionals.
- Develop, author, and revise standard operating procedures for C-Suite IT.
- Support major Executive events (i.e.: Quarterly Earnings Calls, Board of Directors Meetings, and Global All Hands Meetings).
- Tier 2 onsite physical infrastructure and data center support.
- Respond and manage service requests (ServiceNow).
- Asset lifecycle management including commissioning, decommissioning, e-waste.
- Provide infrastructure documentation.
- Serve as primary onsite network technician.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- 2+ years serving as a dedicated Executive IT Support Specialist.
- 2+ years experience implementing and supporting AV and conferencing solutions, hardware, software and administration.
- 2+ years providing IT solution and support for major executive events (Earnings, All Hands, townhalls, etc.).
- Ability to operate and travel (domestic and international) between different sites and locations.
- Proven skills providing local hands-on and remote support.
- Experience and ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to mid-level issues with the network infrastructure.
Technical
- Understanding of current and emerging technologies to deliver effective solutions.
- Adept at assessing a situation for severity, urgency and responding appropriately.
- Experience working with Mac/PC hardware and software, mobile phones/tablets, a wide array of computing peripherals and accessories.
- Familiar with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and JAMF administration.
- Ability to develop the needed IT Solutions to deliver an executive event.
- Adept with unified communications, and conferencing technologies, both software and hardware.
- Broad working knowledge of networking, storage, and server technologies.
- Experience administrating, supporting and sunsetting IT Services for HW/SW.

PREFERRED:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support position working in a large corporate environment.
- 2+ years working as a dedicated support technician for C-Level Leaders and their staff in addition to serving as the primary technician for a CEO or member of the Executive Leadership Team.
- 2+ years working in a role that requires effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Served as the primary coordinator defining and implementing the IT solutions for major executive events coordinating both internal and external components and teams.
- Experience with AV and AV Studio production equipment (video switchers, sound boards, studio cameras, etc.).
- Held a position(s) as the systems/service administrator for an enterprise service.
- 2+ years related college work or technical certifications a plus.
