Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform process improvement, evaluation and data gathering.
  • Displays good working technical knowledge of his/her job.
  • Able to identify problems quickly using basic data gathering procedures and analysis.
  • Anticipates potential problems and assists in preventing its occurrence.
  • Provides basic countermeasures and corrective actions to problems.
  • Initiates appropriate actions to minimize or eliminate abnormalities and irregularities.
  • Can explain basic technical principles behind the processes/ techniques used at work.
  • Perform and sustain the daily key input variable and key output of the process.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Science or Engineering
  • Good understanding of statistical process control methodology
  • At least 2 - 5 years of work experience in related filed

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with sputtering tool, plasma etching, and/or similar tools
  • Basic metrology concept and inspection background is an advantage

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in JMP /Minitab software analysis and statistical tools.
  • Proficient in Windows Office and presentation material
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written English skills required to conduct daily activities.
