Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support on-going in TPE Function Cost and Spending management and control, MSP (Maintenance Spare Part), Spare parts and Inventory management.
- Monitor and adjust spending to keep timely accuracy with budget forecasts.
- Guide/instruct user of spending planning in each area.
- Maintain Test Process Engineering Department actual spending against quarterly budget planning with high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with Test Process Engineering colleagues to manage and optimize spending promptly.
- Conduct periodically reviews of spare part consumption against target usage in each area.
- Coordinate with area owners when action is needed to align spares consumption to target usage rate.
- Manage and control on time delivery of spare parts.
- Manage Purchase Requisition issuance process to align with requester requirements.
- Manage in-house spare part inventory to avoid Zero on-hand.
- Lead team tasked with periodically monitoring spare part consumption against the planned allocation.
- Drive activities to meet budget and spending targets.
- Support TPE team members as required to meet long term goals.
- Encourage and Support Team in identifying and making Improvements throughout the project.
- Supervises/Develops subordinate's performance with proper training and supervision in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Computer, Robotics Engineering and Artificial Intelligence) and financial or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience or related field.
PREFERRED:
- Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical components hardware, Spare parts, and Inventory management.

- Problem Solving & Decision-making
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, and Word.
