Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll drive and manage complex programs simultaneously and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. This role will serve as a critical orchestrator to design, coordinate, and align teams and processes to effectively go-to-market and drive results with high-stakes priorities. You will facilitate the end-to-end steps of translating business plans into priority scope definition, map stakeholder engagement and system and support requirements, and oversee execution of committed, measurable outcomes. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias for action and dot-connector instincts, and can balance critical thinking and execution, then this could be the opportunity for you. This position reports to the VP, People Relations and Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and consult with the leadership team to develop and manage comprehensive roadmaps and program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for priority execution readiness.
  • Design and deploy a framework and set of processes to efficiently manage a robust and ever-changing portfolio of team priorities. This includes the key phase of scoping, prioritizing, sequencing, executing, and post-execution assessment with committed focus on continuous improvement.
  • Define success metrics, track program progress against key success gates, and anticipate and proactively manage risks through proposing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with COEs and ecosystem partners in executing people programs with a focus on optimizing our People Solutions service delivery model.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant practical experience.
  • 7 plus years’ experience in people operations, project management and/or change consulting at global, high-tech matrixed organizations. Some direct experience in M&A preferred.
  • Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating large scale strategic initiatives with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Extraordinarily strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills, including in presentation design and storytelling, enabling change facilitation and decision-making where needed.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging and communicate a coherent narrative tailored to different audiences.
  • Agility and versatility to regularly pivot between big picture/strategy and detailed execution.
  • Strong relationship management and organizational change skills aimed at mobilizing leaders and teams to take intended steps / actions.
  • Strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset with the drive to seek out and implement best practices.
  • Possess an enterprise mindset with a design orientation for fit-for-purpose solutions to scale globally.
  • Experience with program management systems and tools to effectively plan, track, and report on milestone progress as well as risks and barriers.
