• Dedicate to support Head_Media_HDD Precious metals refining global bid as new initiative as part of Precious Metals GCM Team, and manange expiring contracts renewal for effective implementation
• Prioritize HAMR related support on critical worldwide projects as part of GCM team to focus on NPI, Cost Saving, Inventory reduction, Cash flow improvement, Resiliency and Risk Management;
• Lead GCM Team’s regular reports automation through internal teams' collaboration to relieve team's workload for better efficiency;
• Drive to Optimize WD Wafer & Media Precious metals Refining Strategy & support to implement Media Sputtering Target sourcing strategy for better resiliency with 2nd source improvement in Penang for more progress;
• Support Operation team to resolve PM refining related issue globally and help Wafer & Media Targets related issue with local operation & cross function team under guidance of Target responsible GCMs or back up GCMs when needed
• Develop and maintain good & effective working relationships with all internal cross-function teams, customers and manage suppliers to strengthen partnership

• Bachelor and above degree in relevant major (Materials, Precious metals or Chemicals)
• At least 5~8 years experience related with procurement；3-year experience on commodity sourcing, projects management with strong capability on cost analysis;
• Must have a comprehensive exposure on Project Management, Contract Management & Supplier Management
• Excellent communication skill with internal and external business partners, good spoken and written English, practical experience on all office application software; experience on Power BI / Spotfire are a plus;
• Ability to manage routine work efficiently and handle the taskforce under pressure, self-motivated, have passion and interest in strategic sourcing and commodity management, strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Have short term and long term plan of career development & good team player
