ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs failure analysis for yield improvement activities related to manufacturing line, components, test code and etc.
• Performs failure analysis for day-day issue/excursion with root cause understanding and lead to potential corrective actions.
• Establishes appropriate status and performance report.
• Supervises Technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
• Able to manage IMS document as department representative.
• Performs team/line monitoring with appropriate action.
• Performs failure pareto monitoring and trouble shooting.
• Performs related work as required.
• Follows up and inline failure analysis.

REQUIRED:   

• High Vocation or higher in Engineering or related field.
• At least 4-6 years in Engineering or related field.

PREFERRED:

• Able to use basic lab equipment (Oscilloscope, quasi test, etc.). 
• Computer operation (SQL is preferable).

SKILLS:

• Have leadership skills.
• English writing/reading.
