Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with expert-level knowledge in Sales Order Processes and Channel Data Management. The ideal candidate will possess advanced SQL skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proven track record in problem-solving and root cause analysis. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, understand secondary sales or channel data, identify and resolve process related issues and improve efficiency of the over all process.

  • Manage and work with channel data applications such as ModelN, Salesforce & ERP/Finance applications. Analyse and ensure data integrity and accuracy across applications.
  • Work with channel partners communicate, gather and validate data.
  • Develop metrics and reporting tools to monitor channel performance.
  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
  • Create complex queries to support business analysis and reporting needs.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales and channel performance.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues in sales and channel processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree in Business preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales operations or channel management role.
  • Expert-level knowledge of sales order processes and channel data management.
  • Experience with CRM applications (e.g. Sales Force), Channel Data management applications(e.g. ModelN) and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
