Job Description

  • Position Type: Contract

  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the job requirements and how to attract world-class talent.
  • Strategic sourcing , prudent screening and Offer discussion.
  • Understand the KPIs for the role and document your key metrics and Strongly adhere to the Talent Acquisition Process .
  • Develop strong relationships with Business Leaders/Hiring Managers and partner with your recruiting coordinator to conduct efficient interviews and deliver world-class hiring experiences.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • 5+ years' experience in a corporate recruiting role at a global company, with expert-level skills in identifying and hiring technical talent
  • Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and HCM Tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members, clearly articulating job requirements, company culture, and expectations.
