Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide and maintain salvaging process knowledge related, troubleshooting, manufacturing process instruction and reject disposition to production
  • Monitoring H’SA Rework performance/ HDD Teardown line performance and salvaging process performance
  • Product troubleshooting service for daily process issues, to institute containment actions and subsequent long term solutions
  • Responsible for key process parameters such as cycle time, rework yield/ salvaging yield, Cpk, DPPM, scrap cost
  • Responsible for related incident or feedback from drive assembly, drive functional test and quality which are related to salvaging process and recycle component issue and also provide appropriate short term/ long term action and prevention
  • Supporting engineers activity to achieve on all department goal & target as well as serve customer satisfaction
  • Understand the IMS policy and be able to apply and contribute to the organization to achieve per intended outcome.
  • Cooperate with manager/supervisor in implementing and promoting environmental occupational health and safety and work aligned with WDTH regulations.
  • To check working conditions of machinery, tools, and equipment to be in safe condition before starting daily work
  • To report the accidents or illness or annoyance, environmental incident that caused by working and/or good catch (near miss report) to supervisor, manager, and report it to the safety officers.
  • The employee has the duty to report defects in working conditions or damage to the premises, Tools, machines., or equipment to supervisor or executive.
  • Support and participate the EHS activity e.g. waste segregation, energy saving, good catch reporting, etc.
  • Support incident/crisis response, continuity, and recovery of business operation to meet business continuity objective.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and related field.
  • BS with 2+ yrs experience
  • MS with 0+ yrs experience

PREFERRED:

  • Basic knowledge base on their experience
  • Basic problem analysis
  • Basic statistics
  • Understand QMS(ISO9001:2015),
  • EMS(ISO14001:2015),
