This role will lead and manage Security operating /Car Park and Traffic to support BPI with regard of global security policies, customer audit/requirement, and legal/other requirements. Support the Organizational Goals in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational control for BPI.
• Assist in preparing security policies and procedures, advice department heads of any requirements for effective control of security system.
• Review security policies and procedures to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Prepare manpower needed for security sub-contractor.
• Prepare self-schedules to oversee performance of security guards and overall security control.
• Facilitate the processing and monitoring of Employee’s search in case of loss event.
• Security risk assessment and review when any conditions, process or layout changes. 
• Ensure security equipment to efficiency and sufficient for all areas or risk positions. 
• Ensure security system that follow up Loss prevention, C-TPAT, AEO, KC3, legal or security requirement.
• Car park and Traffic management and improvement control for all areas

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Management.
• At least 3 years in security or safety field in a largescale manufacturing environment (> 3000 employees)
• Knowledge of Security operating control and management system
• Knowledge of Security legal, CTPAT, AEO, KC3, and security requirement or compliance

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of Security investigation
• Knowledge of Security risk assessment
