1. Discuss with business owner to identify the critical data and understand MFG process;
2. Develop MFG process fault model and implement into line control;
3. Developing predictive maintenance model;
4. Develop visualizations and reports for data analysis and drilldown;
5. Continue improving the model effectiveness through more DOE or invent models for fault detection; 
6. Develop run to run model for critical process;
7. Support data/model validation from business partner;
8. Setup and maintain the data quality;  

• Master degree in engineering/statistic
• Very Good at development in Spotfire, Tableau or similar tools;
• Good at one of the data processing language (Python preferred);
• Basic knowledge of SQL programming;
• Good English skill, both written and oral;
• Good team work spirit.
