The role will involve developing backend test process and backend failure root cause analysis for new products. The role involves working with different engineering teams to solve problems, enhance yield and reduce test time. This person will need to function independently, be a problem solver, and have basic electronics knowledge. This job requires the candidate to be an enthusiastic, motivational role model in problem solving and teamwork.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop backend test process, look for yield improvement and test time reduction opportunities through failure analysis and root cause understanding.
• Create and manage daily technical progress reports identifying issues and risks and tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering groups in all problems encounter for the new programs and engineering activities 
• Leverage Failure analysis plan for any build failure.
• Analyse failures, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Develop and administer all new program build control and analysis in real time for each build execute.
• Monitor and Control day to day individual parameter to achieve the key objective

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Science
• Experience in new product development and in areas such as high-volume manufacturing.
• Sharp analytical skill and relentless passion in pursue of root cause understanding and solution implementation.
• Prioritize issues, communicate reasoning and negotiate for resources when needed.
• Experience to use software statistical application and basic programing skills

 
PREFERRED:

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Demonstrate a balanced and structured approach to problem resolution.
• Communicate requirements and facilitate compromises where appropriate based on business/technical demands.
• The ability to draw a workable solution from diverse teams.
• Ability to write work instruction and technical reports. 
• Ability to design & propose alternative solutions when faced with barriers. 
• Good technical ability (or experience)
