Job Description

WD is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our fast-paced operations organization. As operations program manager, you will join a growing team managing our factory in Thailand. You should be an experienced professional with a working understanding of the electromechanical assembly process, from raw material to finished goods. As operations program manager, you will work with operations management, business operations, and procurement to assure that the factory runs smoothly. And achieve business ramping volume and capacity , new product launches 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with management team to set priorities.
  • Communicate commits to management team.
  • Work with planning team to coordinate build plan through full system builds and shipments
  • Work on High volume capacity planning and Execution activity support build 
  • Use of Agile and Microsoft project and office tools
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power point

PREFERRED:

  • Previous experience in electromechanical assembly process, preferably in a program management role and knowledge of capacity planning in high volume production
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or other ERP system.

SKILLS:

  • Bilingual - Thai and English
  • Excellent written communication
