Company Description

The Client is gearing up for a rebrand to better reflect what the offering while also preparing to acquire a competitor within the space. Based on this, client is looking to bring both teams together under a unified name that’s easy to recognize and captures the company’s evolution. The rebrand will deliver a fresh visual identity—logo, colors, fonts—that the client can use across everything from uniforms to presentations, plus some storytelling to explain their new direction. The team is aiming to have it all wrapped up by Thanksgiving 2024 in order to launch before the end of the year.

Flat Project Rate: $2,600 ($325 - weekly)

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a small team working on brand development deliverables. The Project Manager will coordinate with the Brand Strategist and the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of project tasks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in brand management or creative project management, who can dedicate a few hours weekly, with flexibility to increase hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the team’s workflow and deliverable timeline, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Strategist and Project Manager to prioritize tasks based on project needs.
  • Communicate progress and any potential issues with the team to maintain seamless operations.
  • Manage deliverable feedback and revisions to ensure alignment with brand vision and objectives.

Deliverables to be Managed:

  • Brand Logo: Coordinate design process, considering various use cases.
  • Fonts: Manage selection of both design fonts and daily-use fonts.
  • Color Palette: Develop and approve primary and secondary color palettes in alignment with brand identity.
  • Visual Identity Guide: Oversee the creation of a 3-5 page visual style guide to ensure proper application of the brand's visual identity.
  • PowerPoint Template: Develop a 3-5 slide branded PPT template.
  • Company Pitch Materials (Design only) : Coordinate design of 1-2 page pitch materials and brochures, with content/copy provided by the client.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of successfully delivering projects
  • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
