Job Description:
Are you a design whiz with a passion for creating impactful visuals? Do you have a knack for bringing strong brand voice to life through great design? We're looking for you to join our creative team! Must have 5+ years of experience as a designer in advertising, marketing, or a creative agency and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.
In this project, you will be primarily designing social media assets, pdf collateral, and sales materials.
Optional: Email design- someone who can design emails, then can code that design into their email platform. This might be a separate role but let us know if you could cover off on both skill sets when you apply!
Responsibilities:
Translate concepts into engaging visual experiences across various mediums.
Develop design elements that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Suite) to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to ensure design cohesion.
Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and best practices.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a designer in advertising, marketing, or a creative agency. B2B experience is a plus as the HR/benefits industry is complex.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Suite).
Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to quality design principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
