Job Description:

Do you craft clear, compelling copy that resonates? Do you have a deep understanding of how brand voice shines through copy? Join our team and be the voice of our brand! Must have 5+ years of experience as a copywriter in advertising, marketing, or a creative agency and a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and tones.

In this project, you be primarily writing for emails, followed by social assets, flyers, etc. They also some advertisement-like materials, that the brand would give to their clients to host on their intranets to drive employees to use our benefits. 

Optional: someone who can write for SEO and who can write product/sales enablement materials. Think: one pagers, blog posts, ebooks/guides, etc. (this might be a separate role but please list whether you could cover off on both responsibilities when you apply!)

Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging copy for websites, ads, social media, and other marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with art directors/designers to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Develop clear & concise messaging that informs, persuades, and inspires action.

  • Present copy concepts/scripts & secure client buy-in with confidence.

  • Stay informed on current marketing trends and content best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a copywriter in advertising, marketing, or a creative agency. B2B experience a plus, as the HR/benefits industry is complex. 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and tones.

  • Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

  • A passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear copy.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
