Job Description
The Recruitment Manager contributes to sustainably and positively supporting the growth of Wavestone, with the support of a Recruitment Leader. To achieve this, the mission is to massively attract the best talents, enhance the teams of today and tomorrow, and promote the employer brand to a wide audience of candidates, all in close partnership with all business areas across all our countries.
On a plan of approximately 500 graduate recruitments for several Practices within the firm, the main responsibilities of the Manager are:
- Establishing themselves as a business partner with the Practices by understanding their priorities and needs, translating them into annual recruitment objectives, and defining the associated strategies to achieve the best results.
- Leading a team of around 10 junior recruiters, ensuring both their individual management to develop and retain them quickly, and fostering a positive team dynamic to achieve demanding collective results.
- Analyzing KPIs and their trends, assessing risk levels, defining relevant and pragmatic corrective actions, and managing action plans by effectively engaging stakeholders and providing a clear overview of the situation within the scope.
- Directly handling recruitments, from sourcing to onboarding, within their scope to set an example and stay connected to the field.
- Operationally implementing transformation projects for the recruitment function and driving change within their scope to maintain recognition as a leading recruiter in the market.
Qualifications
- Between 7 and 10 years of experience
- Being an ambassador of the Positive Way to contribute to spreading Wavestone’s values within their scope and serve as a role model (>> Positiveway book)
- Ideally coming from a consulting background. They may also come from recruitment agencies or corporate groups known for the quality of their teams and their recruitment & HR excellence
- Analytical and goal-oriented rather than process-oriented, able to try new things, to quickly learn lessons
- Leadership temperament, able to communicate effectively and with impact with all types of stakeholders, both orally and in writing (with clarity and simplicity), to understand and to be connected to consulting market, stakes & teams and rapidly establishing trustful relationships with any type of interlocutor (candidates & within Wavestone teams)
- Agility and flexibility in organization (time and priority management), capable of managing change positively within the organization, demonstrating self-control and resilience
- Fluent in French and abilility to work in English
- Graduated from top Management Schools
- Salary : 60 -75k€
