Role Purpose

The Account Executive will drive growth for Wavenet Connected within the flex workspace sector, owning sales performance across a defined cluster of Workspace Group Landlord Sites and Tenant Clusters.

This role focuses on retaining and growing new Workspace Group Landlord and Tenant contracts, increasing in‑life revenues, and ensuring that each site within the cluster achieves its sales and occupancy‑driven connectivity targets. You will own the full sales cycle, working closely with pre‑sales, delivery, workspace operators and on‑site teams to deliver seamless connectivity solutions tailored for flexible office environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cluster Ownership & Revenue Growth

  • Take full commercial responsibility for sales generated within your allocated flex workspace cluster
  • Drive new business opportunities across both existing and new workspace Landlord and tenant relationships
  • Maintain visibility across all sites in the cluster, ensuring product penetration, upsell and retention
  • Shape and manage a strong pipeline aligned to occupancy trends and expansion plans
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

 

 

 

Flex Workspace Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with workspace landlords, centre managers and on‑site teams
  • Understand the operational and commercial needs unique to Workspace Group and its Tenants
  • Position Wavenet Connected as a strategic partner enabling premium digital‑first flex workspace experiences
  • Deliver tailored solutions covering managed connectivity, Wi‑Fi, network services and wider managed services portfolio

Solution Selling & Collaboration

  • Work with pre‑sales to design solutions optimised for tenant environments, rapid provisioning and scalable growth
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models and presentations
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, customer success and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for each site

Market & Sector Development

  • Monitor flex workspace trends, regional movement, operator acquisitions and competitor activity
  • Represent Wavenet Connected at workspace operator meetings, cluster reviews and industry events
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on real-world operator feedback

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience within telecoms, connectivity, MSP or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of the flex workspace market or similar multi‑site, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrable ability to manage Landlord and Tenant cluster
  • Track record of exceeding targets/KPI’s within a fast-paced, high-growth sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills

Desirable

  • Experience working directly with flex workspace operators, landlords, serviced office providers or commercial real estate
  • Knowledge of managed Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, premium connectivity services and digital infrastructure
  • Understanding of occupancy‑led sales models within flexible workspace
