About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced, Business Development Manager, to join our Sales team and continue the amazing growth of our business in the corporate market.

Reporting to the Business Development Sales Manager, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in line with agreed sales targets. Building long term relationships with your customers, and tailoring solutions for customers waste and resource recovery in line with their sustainability initiatives.

About you

You’re a skilled negotiator, persistent, and results driven with 2 years’ previous work experience in a B2B role. You’re a natural in building relationships, have tenacious commercial acumen, a problem solver and capable of seeking out additional opportunities in a highly competitive market.

An interest in environmental sustainability and waste minimisation would be desirable. Additionally, proficiency in another language, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, would be advantageous, though not essential.
