As a Landscaper at Walmart’s new Home Office, you’ll help shape and maintain the outdoor spaces that welcome associates and visitors every day. This role gives you the opportunity to apply your horticulture and landscaping skills to keep our grounds healthy, clean, and visually appealing.

Join our Landscape team and play a vital role in creating outdoor spaces that are both inviting and sustainable. We focus on maintaining vibrant, healthy landscapes that reflect Walmart’s commitment to community and environmental stewardship. As part of the team, you’ll directly influence how our green spaces look, feel, and function for everyone who visits.

Are you a good fit for our Landscape Team? Yes, if:

• Able to work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas
• Available to work Monday-Friday 6am to 3pm, with some weekend availability
• Have 1+ years of landscaping, gardening or horticulture experience
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest/disease management
• Ability to use garden tools and apply horticulture practices effectively 
• Willingness to work outside in variety of conditions
• A Certification in Nursery or Landscaping (preferred; not required)
