What you'll do:

  • Evaluate government payer support programs and contract requirements to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

  • Analyze current and forecasted data to determine necessary system or operational changes and develop action plans for contract execution.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate contract needs and provide solution recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to contract execution and coordinate related administrative tasks.

  • Monitor program implementation, assess return on investment, and recommend improvements to meet business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business solutions and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Proven experience in evaluating and implementing government payer support programs with a focus on compliance and operational alignment.

  • Strong data analysis skills to assess program return on investment and forecast contract requirements.

  • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and present complex information clearly.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic action plans addressing contract and program needs.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met
