We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Exterior Services Technician, DOT Operator for our commercial landscaping team in Woodstock, GA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces while operating Department of Transportation (DOT) equipment.

• Operate and maintain DOT equipment for various landscaping projects
• Perform commercial landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation
• Implement landscape designs and maintain existing landscapes to client specifications
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety guidelines
• Conduct basic maintenance and repairs on landscaping equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage
• Adapt to changing weather conditions and project requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• DOT certification and relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA)
• Proven experience in commercial landscaping and operating DOT equipment
• Proficiency in using various landscaping tools and techniques
• Strong knowledge of local flora and landscaping practices
• Understanding of DOT regulations and guidelines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
