Job Description

Are you seeking an opportunity to showcase your exceptional content strategy skills and passion for educational content? Walmart is on the hunt for an experienced Content Strategist to manage their robust knowledge base, Marketplace Learn. This knowledge base boasts an impressive collection of over 1,000 articles and FAQs, designed to empower eCommerce sellers with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive on the Walmart Marketplace. As the Content Strategist, you will be a talented and organized leader, responsible for driving the strategic direction, content planning, and development process. You will lead a small team of writers to produce and maintain instructional yet engaging content at scale, covering the end-to-end Marketplace seller experience. Your role will involve creating best-in-class digital content, including how-to articles, checklists, product walkthroughs, FAQs, and more. You will measure user engagement with the ultimate goal of driving seller growth at scale. Adapting to the seller's experience and learning needs, while aligning content with business goals and initiatives, will be crucial. Furthermore, you will ensure all digital content remains current and up to date through quality control measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Fine Arts
•    4-5+ years of content strategy and copywriting experience, preferably in technology or eCommerce industries
•    1+ year of managerial/leadership experience with direct reports
*       Experience with a Content Management System
•    Proven ability to master and learn processes and platforms quickly
•    Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
•    Self-starter who has a passion for processes and technical tools
