Job Description

As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless flow of products from suppliers to stores and customers. If you’re ready to bring your analytical expertise and problem-solving skills to a team shaping the future of retail, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do:

  • Streamline supply chain processes by implementing business improvements and sustainable solutions.
  • Support daily supply chain operations, resolving escalations and analyzing data to enhance network efficiencies.
  • Act as a liaison between field operations and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and execution of expectations.
  • Drive process improvements using lean concepts and cost-reduction strategies to optimize the supply chain flow.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and align efforts to meet business goals.
  • Apply expertise to create and improve action plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and values.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field OR 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related areas.
  • At least 1 year of experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1 year of technical or supply chain experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Retail Operations, and Transportation.
