Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. In this role, you'll:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and coordinate resources
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve conflicts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation
- Provide expert guidance and mentor junior team members
- Build relationships with stakeholders and identify business needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
Pay Range: $85,000-$90,000/annually
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 2 years experience in project management or related field.
- 1 year experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- 1 year of experience in a contact center, marketplace, or e-commerce environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven administrative and project coordination experience, with the ability to act as a chief of staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor for engaging with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks
