You will partner with Global Commodity Leaders, Commodity Managers, NPI teams, Should Cost teams, Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Suppliers, and Procurement leaders across Americas, Europe, and APAC.

How Will You Make a Difference?

Lead a team supporting Direct Commodity sourcing activities, improve process effectiveness, drive stakeholder satisfaction, and enable scalable CoE support for global sourcing organizations.

What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

Lead daily operations, review sourcing support requests, manage team workload, engage stakeholders, track KPI performance, support NPI and Should Cost initiatives, drive process improvements, and participate in governance reviews.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sourcing and procurement analysts
• Support Direct Commodity sourcing operations and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate RFQ activities, supplier communications, and sourcing events
• Support NPI sourcing activities and stakeholder requirements
• Support Should Cost analysis and sourcing analytics
• Manage stakeholder escalations and service delivery performance
• Drive SLA/KPI management and reporting
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones
• Support governance reviews, audits, and compliance requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Procurement, or related field. Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations, supply chain, or shared services. Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct Commodity sourcing experience, NPI exposure, Should Cost methodology exposure, global shared services experience, Lean/Six Sigma certification, and experience supporting manufacturing organizations.

Systems & Tools

SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, JDE, Power BI, Excel, and other procurement and ERP platforms.

Support EU time zone – 11:00 AM IST – 08:00PM IST
