Position Summary:

The service engineer will be responsible for the execution of orders in a timely and profitable manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand the scope of orders, timeline and budgets.
• Looking after erection and commissioning of the new projects.
• Attending the service calls as and when required.
• Assisting Sales/ Application engineers while making quotes for new requirements.
• Giving honest feedback to the engineering / sales department to improve the performance of our manufactured systems.

KEY RESULTS AREAS:

• Support in timely execution of installation and commissioning of ongoing projects.
• Developing relationships with customers ensuring the possibility of getting repeat orders.
• Swift coordination with available resources during crises or emergencies.

Desired Characteristics:

• Bachelor/ Diploma in Instrumentation & Control / Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of Experience in Burner, Furnace or Combustion system.
• Analytically oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel (intermediate to expert level)
• Energetic, curious, resourceful, highly creative and self-motivated
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage cross functionally
