Who will you be working with?
You will work as part of the Supply Chain team, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Operations stakeholders. In this role, you will act as the key link between commercial and operational functions, ensuring alignment between market demand and supply capabilities. You will facilitate cross-functional decision-making and drive continuous improvement of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to support business objectives and sustainable growth.

As a member of the Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and leading a structured, data-driven Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process that balances customer demand with operational capacities. You will transform market intelligence, customer demand signals, and business priorities into actionable supply chain plans that support service, inventory, and financial objectives.
In this role, you will serve as the central coordinator across commercial and operational teams, enabling proactive decision-making and ensuring business continuity. You will play a key role in establishing forecasting discipline, improving planning accuracy, and driving process maturity to support the organization's long-term growth strategy.
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Production Planning, Materials Planning, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and demand forecasting methodologies.
- Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and driving alignment among stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, rail, transportation, or similar environments is preferred.
- Professional Polish and English language proficiency
What will your typical day look like?
- Lead and coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle and associated planning activities.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasting processes and methodologies.
- Review demand signals, sales pipeline information, market trends, and historical data to generate accurate forecasts.
- Challenge and validate demand assumptions provided by Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional S&OP meetings to align demand, supply, inventory, and capacity plans.
- Identify supply-demand imbalances, assess risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Escalate unresolved planning issues and critical gaps to Supply Chain Management.
- Recommend production, procurement, and inventory actions based on forecast outputs and business priorities.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and other planning KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure execution of agreed plans.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives and service level improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement and process standardization across planning activities.
- Request and analyze operational data from relevant departments to support planning decisions.
- Propose enhancements to planning tools, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Support business growth initiatives through effective demand and supply planning.
