Who will you be working with?

You will work closely with site leadership, production managers, and employees across all levels of the organization, supporting both operational and strategic HR activities. As part of the HR function, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations in a dynamic, production-driven environment.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees.

In this role, you will support operational needs, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on production environments. You will ensure compliance with labor law and company policies, provide data-driven insights, and contribute to workforce planning, retention, and organizational performance.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Manage and coordinate HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, administration, mobility, terminations)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Workday and other platforms)
  • Oversee time and attendance management (Comarch system)
  • Coordinate recruitment processes in cooperation with managers and HR leadership
  • Support workforce planning aligned with business and budget needs
  • Manage onboarding processes, including training and medical requirements
  • Support employee development, performance management, and talent reviews
  • Promote internal mobility (promotions, lateral moves)
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, absenteeism, labor costs, KPIs)
  • Support HR budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and support employee relations topics
  • Partner with managers on day-to-day HR matters and people decisions
  • Drive HR process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives
  • Participate in audits, certifications, and corporate HR projects
  • Collaborate with external partners, authorities, and cross-functional teams

What do we want to know about you?

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong experience supporting shop-floor populations and production teams
  • Practical knowledge of labor law, employment regulations, and working time management
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety (HSE/EHS) practices in industrial environments
  • Experience with recruitment for production roles and onboarding processes
  • Proven ability to support employee engagement, performance management, and development
  • Strong business understanding and ability to align HR with operational goals
  • Experience working with HR data, reporting, and analytics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build trust with managers and employees
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and organizational awareness
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach
