Job Description
Who will you be working with?
You will be part of the Finance team, working closely with internal stakeholders, shared service teams, and external customers. The role supports accurate financial reporting, effective receivables management, and timely month‑end close activities in line with corporate and statutory requirements.
How will you make a difference?
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, supporting month‑end close, and ensuring accurate accounting records in compliance with IFRS. Your work will contribute to financial transparency, effective cash management, and timely reporting, while supporting business operations and audit readiness.
What will your typical day look like?
- Maintain and manage accounts receivable balances
- Perform account reconciliations with customers and resolve discrepancies
- Issue electronic tax invoices and electronic delivery notes
- Control accounting documentation related to export transactions
- Prepare monthly journal entries based on primary documentation and IFRS principles
- Manage and perform month‑end close activities
- Prepare reports and ensure timely submission within established deadlines
- Collect, verify, and store all required primary accounting documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and local regulatory requirements
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations when required
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Accountant
- Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- English proficiency at least at an intermediate level (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient user of 1C accounting system
- Experience working with Oracle ERP is an advantage
- Strong time‑management and multitasking skills
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
