Job Description
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members. You will be responsible for processing member account inquiries and interacting with members to address account questions. In this role you will also be required to perform collections procedures, create service orders, calculate, and post payments.
Qualifications
Required:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- Knowledge of electricity and electrical components, billing, and collections.
