LaGrange County REMC distributes electricity to over 7,000 members through a network of 600+ miles of power lines.   As a cooperative, our commitment to exemplary service is equal to our drive to provide affordable and reliable power to our members. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members. You will be responsible for processing member account inquiries and interacting with members to address account questions. In this role you will also be required to perform collections procedures, create service orders, calculate, and post payments.

Required:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.

Preferred:

• Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of electricity and electrical components, billing, and collections.
