5/7 Shift Pattern

Full time role

You will be required to work a combination of early and late shifts.

It's important you live a commutable distance from the airport if you rely on public transport, considering the start and finish times. 

As this role is based at Dublin Airport, you will be required to complete mandatory pre‑employment checks. These include providing 5 years of verifiable employment history, undergoing a Irish Garda Vetting check, and, if you have lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months, obtaining an overseas Police Clearance Certificate from the relevant Ireland‑based embassy.

Whenever customers visit the Aer Lingus Lounges at Dublin airport, you’ll be there as a supervisor to ensure our team of lounge hosts deliver 5‑star, BaxterStorey service. Friendly, confident and professional, you’ll be the face of our bespoke operation, making sure that delicious food and relaxation are available to every visitor.

As a Service Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind the team's delivery of a seamless, high-end hospitality experience for our passengers. You will:

• Lead & Motivate – Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations

• Deliver Excellence – Ensure top-tier service and presentation standards

• Manage Operations – Oversee smooth lounge functionality and staff training

• Innovate & Improve – Implement new ideas to enhance guest satisfaction

• Work closely with the Lounge Manager to ensure compliance on our sops and excellence on our standards and service

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or lounge management

• Strong leadership & people management skills

• A passion for delivering 5-star customer service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards
