About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Hospitality Content & Engagement Coordinator to play a key role in enhancing the school’s catering experience across both the prep and senior sites. Working closely with the management team and school leadership, you will support the delivery of engaging activities and communications that enhance the overall dining experience across the school. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will help engage key stakeholders, including pupils, parents, staff, and the wider community, through campaigns, events, and day-to-day communications.

You will be joining Holroyd Howe, one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, providing fresh and innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges. We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering provision specifically to suit children of all ages and meet the bespoke requirements of each school.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of engagement campaigns and activities
  • Assist in organising on-site events, activations, and promotions
  • Create and coordinate engaging content for digital and on-site channels
  • Help promote school meals and initiatives to increase participation
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to support engagement activities
  • Gather feedback from pupils and stakeholders to help improve the offer
  • Use existing tools and programmes, while contributing ideas for new initiatives

Qualifications

About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in engagement, marketing, events, hospitality, or a similar field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • An interest in digital trends and engaging audiences
  • A positive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and creating great customer experiences
