About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sous Chef to support the culinary operations at Princethorpe School. This role involves assisting in delivering high-quality, fresh, and innovative meals to students, staff, and for special school events. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain excellent standards and bring creativity to the kitchen.

Job Description
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing fresh, seasonal menus.
- Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations and maintain high food quality standards.
- Support and guide kitchen staff to foster a productive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
