Job Description

As a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and washing all kitchen and service items efficiently
  • Assisting in food preparation as required
  • Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant areas
  • Operating heavy equipment according to manufacturer's instructions
  • Projecting a helpful attitude and exceeding customer expectations
  • Cooperating with team members to ensure efficient service
  • Following health and safety, food safety, and COSHH standards
  • Adhering to cleaning schedules and attending required training
  • Acting as a positive ambassador for the business
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's safeguarding policies

Qualifications

  • Ideally have experience working within Education catering
  • Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
