Responsibilities / Accountabilities

- Manage end to end training for the aligned F & A processes including new hire training, BAU interventions

- Manage multiple stakeholders

- Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation

- Design, Develop and Deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis

- Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and any other prescribed regulations Knowledge & Qualification- Graduate in Commerce

- Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain, with exposure to the BPO/BPM industry in the areas of PTP domain

Preferred Certification

- Finance and Accounting Certification Work Experience

- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in F&A, with good domain knowledge Additional information
