Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Group Manager to lead a team supporting the Employee Benefits (EB) business within the Group Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise across Employee Benefits products and operations, combined with proven people leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team delivering Employee Benefits operations while ensuring adherence to quality, productivity, and SLA commitments.
  • Provide functional guidance and support across key Employee Benefits processes.
  • Drive performance management, coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure process compliance, operational governance, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
  • Support client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)

Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)

Mandatory Domain Expertise: 

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Employee Benefits (Group Insurance) with strong knowledge of: - Group Life Insurance- Long-Term Disability (LTD)- Short-Term Disability (STD)- Dental Insurance- Vision Insurance- Other Employee Benefit products

Mandatory Process Knowledge: 

Strong understanding and experience in: - Enrollment- Amendments / Maintenance- Eligibility Management- Licensing- Billing & Premium Administration- Member & Employer Servicing- Policy Administration- Client Servicing- Claims support (preferred)

Required Skills:

  1. Strong people management and leadership skills.
  2. Experience managing teams in a BPO/Shared Services/Operations environment.
  3. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Mandatory experience in Employee Benefits (Group Insurance).
  • Proven experience in managing high-performing operational teams.
  • Willingness to work from office (WFO).
  • Willingness to work permanent night shifts.

Qualifications
