Job Description

• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to effectively program manage across solution design, development, testing phases for digital & operational transformation solution implementation.• Manage effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on status of the program, risks, mitigations to ensure program success• Work with Finance team to ensure individual projects meet the budgets and proactively flag any deviation• Work with operations teams to swiftly transpose the timelines into detailed plan based on opportunities identified & have it agreed with relevant stakeholders• Liaise with Technology, Transitions, Capability and other internal functions to provide end-to-end solutions.• Help Client Organisations realize business objectives by driving Process Improvements, End to End Transformations AI, Digital, RPA, Analytics and other levers.• Work collaboratively with teams to identify transformation scope, opportunities & timelines• Work with operations teams to swiftly transpose the timelines into detailed plan based on opportunities identified & have it agreed with relevant stakeholders• Pro-actively report out the progress made as per the transformation plan and identify possible solutions to mitigate any gaps by working closely with all stakeholders• Existing accounts:• Co-create transformation road map in-line with current trends (Insurance) if that doesn’t exist • Work with operations teams to deliver the opportunities identified & agreed with relevant stakeholders within timelines• Pro-actively report out & own progress made as per the transformation plan and identify possible solutions to mitigate any gaps by working closely working with all stakeholders• Skilled in due diligence exercises and identifying, analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining automation solutions for London market for a BPO/BPM organization• Help Client Organisations realize business objectives by driving Process Improvements, End to End Transformations, Digital, RPA, Analytics and other levers.• Coach and Mentor Transformation experts to deliver on contractual and non-contractual Improvement commitments.• Liaise with Technology, Transitions, Capability and other internal functions to provide end-to-end solutions.• Creating various approaches, negotiating and fostering relationships with internal and external partners• Create awareness on transformation initiatives in Insurance & how are we aligned to support the existing portfolio & new opportunities

Qualifications

Graduate, Certification in LSS, RPA, AI
