Job Description

Location: Gurgoan

Exp.: 5 - 6 years (UAT Testing, ALM, Paper Testing, System Testing)

Work Mode - 3 days WFO

Team handling - 4 - 5 People

Communication - Good

People Related: • Team development through coaching and mentoring, mentoring team members and driving process efficiencies • Team member training or support on knowledge document preparation • High sense of ownership, drive and work ethics • Proactive approach, good interpersonal and coordination skills • Works in alignment with team objectives and is a team player Process Related: • Experience in manual software and system testing. • Delivering quality by ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs and quality logs • Understanding clinical development process, clinical study stages and milestones and managing activities related to driving compliance of the process and system • Project conceptualization, management and communication with stakeholders • Generating insights by acquiring the domain knowledge and driving compliance to support the business process • Project and performance management, client engagement and governance

Qualifications

• Previous exposure to transactional work involving any system • Solid computer proficiency in a variety of databases and software applications; technical aptitude • Ability to multi-task and to work within a framework of standard processes • Exhibits enhanced customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally in English (verbal and written) • Ability to grasp requirement and deliver as per understanding • Quality - demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality • Self-motivated, desire to learn, quick to adaptability, able to work independently and under tight timelinesTechnical Skills: • Project management/coordination or Operations Management experience would be preferable
